About Esther's WISDOM Academy (EWA)

Esther's WISDOM Academy (EWA), founded by Dr. Esther Rex Fubara-Manuel, is a mentoring platform for Christian ladies, wives, mothers, career women, and ministers. EWA empowers women to fulfill their God-given purposes, impacting the world with joy, wisdom, and power.

Inspired by Queen Esther, a symbol of courage and divine favor, EWA is built around twelve biblical role models who guide the academy’s core ministries. Graduates are awarded the Crown of Twelve Stars, signifying their readiness to shine as victorious daughters of Zion.

To mentor female ministers to discover and fulfill their purpose, as Christians, wives, mothers and career women in their families, churches and communities.

To motivate women leaders to succeed in their family life and to take responsibility of fulfilling the great commission for the SALVATION of souls, SUCCESS in life and SERVICE to God.

To coach women on how to build financial capacity while serving God as missionary Christians in their homes, churches, schools, offices, market place and virtual platforms.

To close generational gaps and raise the next generation for exploits in God's kingdom, as we match our mentees with experienced and professional mentors.

To guide women on how to multitask( as women, Wives, mothers, career women and ministers), manage stress, avoid burnouts and the shipwreck of their lives, homes and ministries.

ONE YEAR CURRICULUM IMPLEMENTATION

Inspired by Queen Esther’s transformative journey in the palace of Shushan (Esther 2:7-15), EWA equips women to develop their God-given potential and bring impactful change to their world. Through mentorship and intensive 12-week training sessions, EWA mirrors the biblical preparation process with teachings grounded in the Word of God and led by experienced counselors.

The academy’s structured curriculum spans four tiers over twelve months, ensuring orderliness and focus, while empowering women with wisdom, strength, and purpose for their divine calling.
